Softener System:
Water Softener is one kind of water treatment plant that can reduce water hardness and make it soft. Its working principle is using sodium cation exchange resin to eliminate calcium and magnesium ions in the water. It is mainly used to reduce raw water hardness and avoid carbonates fouling in the pipeline, container, and boiler, etc. The effectiveness reaches 99%.
Why we need a water softener?

Softener Treatment Process:
Raw water tank(buyer supply)→raw water pump → quartz filter → activated carbon filter → softener → security filter → high pressure pump → reverse osmosis system → UV sterilizer→pure water tank(buyer supply)→ water point
Quartz sand filter: fill quarts sand inside, it can filter big particles impurities, suspended substances, colloids etc.
Activated carbon filter: fill activated carbon inside, to remove color, odor, residual chlorine and organics substances
Security filter: fill PP filter cartridge inside, prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um.
Water softener: add cation resin, absorb Ca2+, Mg2+(main elements for composing scale), reduce hardness of raw water.
RO membrane: can remove particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, virus, heat source etc. harmful substances and 99% dissolved salts.
UV sterilizer: for killing bacterial in water, be safe for drinking.
