1. Principle of equipment / 500LPH Water Softener System
Water Softener (demineralizer) is also called sodion exchanger, Adopt cation resin to soften water, cation resin will absorb Ca2+, Mg2+(main elements for composing scale), reduce hardness of raw water, system can make resin intelligently regenerate, recycling
Why need water softener: hard water contains a lot of calcium and magnesium ions and they are the main components of the scale. If we drink hard water for a long time, it will cause great problems for our health, so we need to use water softener in the water treatment.
The hardness of the output water test by the "chrome black T reagent" showed blue is qualified (<0.03mmoL/L).

Water Purification RO System
Purified water is a kind of water which has been removed almost all the conducting medium, colloid and organic matters (including bacteria), etc. The conductivity of purified water is about 0.1-0.55μs/cm, and its resistivity(25℃) is about more than 10MΩ·cm, and its TDS is about less than 0.1mg/l. In theory, the conductivity of purified water is 0.055μs/cm, and its resistivity(25℃) is 18.3MΩ·cm. Our company can supply various purified water production equipments according to customer’s detailed requests, like single pass RO, double pass RO, RO+EDI, RO+mixed bed, etc.

4. Working process / 500LPH Water Softener System
Raw water tank(buyer supply)→ raw water pump→quartz sand filter →activated carbon filter→water softener/chemical dosing system(optional)→security filter→high pressure pump→ro system→UV sterilizer(ozone generator)→pure water tank (buyer supply)+ water supply point
